I reached out to support because I was stuck and didn’t expect much. But they got back to me, figured out the issue, and helped me fix it quickly. So yeah, that was nice. BUT SERIOUSLY, I was so relieved when everything finally worked again

Felt comfortable using CircleDNA. Site was easy to follow, payment went through without any issues, and got the emails when expected. Didn’t feel like anything was hidden or sketchy.
Kit and results were handled well, and support got back to me when I had a quick question. Would trust them again, which is the main thing for me.

I got my circledna results back and found the cancer risk section easy to understand. For me, it didn’t feel alarming or overwhelming, more like a useful heads-up on what might be worth bringing up with my doctor. I think it’s probably most helpful if you’re the kind of person who wants extra context before a checkup, rather than expecting it to give you all the answers. Overall, I’m glad I did it
